Who handles your request
Pulkit V Mehta & Co coordinates this service with its Bangalore-based deeptech delivery partner. Assigned delivery team members can access information needed to review and respond to your request. Contact info@pulkitvmehta.com for privacy questions or contact preferences.
What we collect and why
The questionnaire runs in your browser session. When you request a report or consultation, we save your name, organisation, email, optional phone, preferred contact channel, assessment answers, preparation results and your recorded permissions. We use these to provide your report, respond, coordinate an assessment and manage requested services.
Your choices
Requesting a report or consultation does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional email marketing and WhatsApp report delivery have separate choices. You can ask us to stop optional messages, correct your information or review a deletion request using the contact above. Applicable legal retention duties may affect deletion.
Service providers and AI
Records are held in MongoDB Atlas. Configured email and WhatsApp providers receive the information needed for delivery. Assessment assistance sends the question you type and relevant assessment guidance to the configured AI provider. Staff AI drafting uses structured preparation findings without contact details. Avoid sharing personal records, passwords or confidential documents with the assistant.
Access and retention
Access is restricted by team role and assignment. Personal report links expire after seven days; anyone with that link can view the report until it expires, so keep it private. Assessment and enquiry records remain available for request follow-up until reviewed or deleted by the team. Ask us about retention for your request. Authentication and delivery records support security and troubleshooting.
Measurement and security
We count assessment starts, completions and WhatsApp button clicks without storing answers in those analytics events. Temporary hashed network identifiers support abuse prevention. Counts measure interactions and do not prove that a consultation occurred or a WhatsApp message was sent.
